I was painfully shy when I was young: my mum thought there was something wrong with me (she knows about educational psychology).
However, somewhere along the line I got a taste for standing up and speaking to lots of people and now, when I open the fridge door and the light goes on, I do 20 minutes!
Whether it’s an after dinner, before lunch or during breakfast speech that you need; I can do those. In fact, I’ve done loads of them. I’ve also hosted countless award ceremonies and delivered umpteen, stand- up routines. Maybe it’s a team away-day or conference you have in mind?
Being from a business background means that I can make your delegates laugh as well as getting key commercial messages across. In contrast to some speakers who don’t understand business and how important keeping it ‘clean’ is, when causing offense to important clients and valued colleagues can have dire consequences.
