I just wanted to belatedly thank you for your talk and parallel session at the BIALL conference in Gateshead in June. I have recently fished out your little book on presentations and checked out your website.

I've been to about a dozen BIALL conferences and we have had some really good speakers over the years. However the feedback for yours was amazing.

I have been mulling over your unique skills. Your talks are like a guilty pleasure but without the guilt! You make your sessions such fun and so entertaining they don't feel like work while at the same time you impart some brilliant insights and display a mastery of your subject.
