Hi Nick
Whilst I fed back informally and formally I just wanted to congratulate you on last Tuesday.
We all preach the mantra to those around us that "its not what you say but how you say it" and you have truly nailed the precious skill of holding the attention and engaging the audience.
The key test for me was
-Did I at any time (even after lunch) feel myself drifting off (No-and I am not sure that ever happened since Byron Sable from the States talked to us about consultative selling skills some 20 yrs ago)
-Did I rush away and read my notes (yes)
There are not many who can make a difference in the way that they are able to inspire –you I believe are one such.
