I could have opted for 'Nick Davies Total Oral Communication Solutions Associates' but it was a bit of a mouthful and anyway I wanted a business name that did 'exactly what it says on the tin'.
The idea behind The Really Great Training Company is simple: to provide you and your people with no nonsense, practical training in key aspects of communication skills, delivered in a way that is effective, engaging, remembered and bursting with useful, practical information that's based in the real world.
The ingredients that go to make a training course are very important. However, the finest ingredients in the world count for nowt if the person putting them together doesn't mix them in the right quantities and in the right order. Get that wrong and you end up with a concoction that leaves everyone with a nasty taste in their mouth. After all, if your delegates don't like what's served up then it's you that they will complain to long after the trainer's left the building.
Let's be honest, you aren't going to know whether the people in your organisation are going to gel with the trainer until they are sitting expectantly in front of them. However, the more info you have about them beforehand the better, which is why, on my website you will find a biog which tells you a bit about me.
